This proposal covers the Growth Partner package: a monthly content engine (video and photo shoots, edited into short-form and stills) paired with organic social management across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, plus email marketing and ongoing brand and creative support. The team is already familiar with 10 West through prior work together.
We are targeting a hard launch the week of September 7. Between now and then, Link handles onboarding and the system/dashboard setup internally so the account is ready to run at full cadence from day one.

This is the package 10 West is proceeding with — the right level of content volume and channel coverage to build a consistent presence across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn without stretching into paid media or additional service lines not yet in scope.
Payment terms
- Monthly fee invoiced on the 1st, due net 15.
- 12-month initial term, then month-to-month with 30 days' written notice.
- Onboarding and internal system/dashboard setup (now through the September 7 hard launch) is included in the monthly fee — no separate setup charge.
- Additional on-location shoots beyond the monthly session billed at the applicable rate.
- All finished deliverables are owned by 10 West Real Estate Group on payment in full.
Figures are valid for 30 days from the proposal date and assume the scope and assumptions below.

Assumptions
- 10 West provides timely access to properties, staff, and relevant stakeholders for the scheduled monthly shoot.
- Approvals on the content calendar, edits, and copy turn around within two business days; delays shift publishing dates, not scope.
- Link receives admin access to the relevant platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and email marketing platform).
- Existing brand assets (logo, colors, fonts, guidelines) from the current branding engagement are made available at handoff.
- One round of revisions per deliverable is included; further rounds are quoted separately.
- Onboarding and system/dashboard setup happen internally at Link between now and the September 7 hard launch.
- 10 West's in-house marketing hire and any outsourced marketing support are made available to coordinate with the Link team on day-to-day, detail-oriented tasks (asset requests, approvals, scheduling) within this scope.
Exclusions
- Paid media (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and associated ad spend
- X (Twitter) channel management
- Influencer, talent, or usage fees, and licensed music beyond Link's standard library
- Additional on-location shoots beyond the monthly session (quoted separately)
